Opera di Peroni Liverpool Anglican Cathedral

Don’t miss this exciting once in a lifetime opportunity to see opera.
Wednesday 15th August and Thursday 16th August at the Anglican Cathedral.

Not long ago, I had the chance to sit in the operatic amphitheatre of Verona, Italy, and see one of the Italian masterpieces and was absolutely taken.

This production in the cathedral grounds is inspired by that Arena di Verona Summer Season of Operas and of course the Italian love of all things al-fresco, so Peroni Nastro Azzurro brings you opera di peroni live.

The passion and excitment of Italian opera have transformed a corner of the Anglican Cathedral with British singer and renowned Warp Records artist Kwes, performing a completely revised version of the aria from La Rondine, Puccini’s 1917 opera- a dramatic story of love and betrayal that is rarely performed.

Peroni have created a unique reimaging of Italian opera for a new generation.
You can be that new generation!

For anyone who is unfamiliar with opera, this exclusive event will be a superb introduction.
To purchase tickets drop by the Opera di Peroni bar during the day and purchase an Italian styled lunchbox and Peroni Nastro Azzuro.
Performances are at 19.00 each day with tickets £7.50 which is excellent value if you get a complimentary Peroni and platter!
