I have always been fascinated, from an early age, by pictures in books right from the lavish to the modern day pop-up extravagance of the Vampireology and Pirateology collections that are open-up ‘in your face’ creations that make you think how did they engineer such an origamic creation.
Images 35 is a showcase of work by the UK’s most talented illustrators, including new work from the big names in the industry. It’s the premier and longest running jury-selected illustration annual and touring exhibition in the UK and provides the leading showcase for the variety of contemporary illustration commissioned in the UK today.
If you like art, books, pictures that make you think and have a good imagination and want to visit a different gallery location then venture out to Kirby Gallery/Library Newton Gardens Kirby, Knowsley.
