mobile homme Thursday 11th July 6.30pm Edge Hill Ormskirk
Alot of organisation and energy went into bringing the ‘Spider’ to Liverpool and even more went into the planning of the ‘Giants’.
But now, Trans Express present: Mobile Homme!!!!!
As you have guessed, Qui! c’est une autre theatre troupe, with an outdoor spectacular from the French street theatre, in an aerial experience to remember for all the family.
You really must make this spectacular evening on Thursday.
As with all European acts like this, there is a story…..the parade begins with a band of drummers (in spectacular Medieval costume) making their way around a massive garden. One of the pack though appears only interested in flirting and joking with spectators and this really thrills the children.
Against the impressive backdrop of the venue at Edge Hill Campus, a crane will then lift the musicians high into the air, the drummers suspended like characters in a giant mobile, twist and turn in the air as they continue to beat their hypnotic rhythm.
Amid the suspended musicians, the flirting character then transforms into a graceful trapeze artist, performing aerial acrobatics above the crowd.
If you enjoyed the ‘Giants’ then you will be pretty impressed with this one!
Transe Express’ incredible ‘homme mobile’ has captivated audiences around the world, and this summer they have brought this ‘tour de force’ street theatre to the extensive grounds of Edge Hill University, Ormskirk…….
It’s free, it’s spectacular, it’s colourful, it’s unusual, it’s got free parking and it’s here in Liverpool …and the weather is just perfect…… so don’t miss out!
Book yourself a picnic on the lawns of this brilliant evening venue, and enjoy the entertainment.
