Haydock Park Raceday Tuesday 30th Dec 10.40
Fed up of turkey and mistletoe?
Need a change from the sales?
Need some exercise and socialising with a difference.
Then, join the crowd with a jaunt down the E. Lancs for an action packed afternoon of jump racing featuring ‘The Last Fling Handicap Steeple Chase’.
Plus, brand new for 2014, it’s the ‘Winter Wonderland’ Family Fun Raceday.
Bring the whole family for a fantastic day out with a difference featuring children’s entertainment and first-class racing for the adults too!
Children 17 and under go FREE!
The entertainment on offer includes all the usual, face painting and children’s craft activities under cover in the Newton Stand. Inflatable ‘Frozen’ themed magic castle with pop up Olaf, a snow globe, children’s ice rink, Christmas hoopla game, a rodeo reindeer, fairground swing rides and sweets handed out as you enter the course.

Dress for the day- Smart casual for both ladies and gentlemen with free parking and bars a-plenty.
Tattersalls Enclosure on the day is priced at £11.05 but checkout the racecourse website for the additional perks on a race day, with ‘all the trimmings’ in additional enclosures.
Weather permitting, I will be there for the race and form. This is a grand opportunity for those who have never been to a race before, to enjoy the day, feel the atmosphere and if you have a love of horses, it gives you the added bonus of viewing them up close in the parade.
Exciting, thrilling, atmospheric and a little different from the hustle and bustle of town!
Having taken the walks along Crosby beach, shopped till dropped, done to death all the retail parks from Speke to Aintree; this little bit of excitement might just hit a note for all the lads and dads out there.
Looking forward to ‘jostling for position’ and nailing myself to the winning post for an exhilarating day out on Tuesday after a go on the rodeo reindeer………. if allowed!
