Spoilt for choice…….for Mothers Day 15th March?

Look no further than North John Street in the heart of Liverpool for the New York Liverpool restaurant and bar. Set in the centre of ‘Beatle mania’ street, this oasis of food fantasia is inspired by the melting pot of food culture in New York.

NYL brings the best aspects of New York’s unique vibrancy to the centre of Liverpool and you will be amazed at this stunning building with architectural splendour.

Talk about a ‘talking point’, well, this spectacular restaurant has a setting in a former Royal Insurance building, restored to its former glory and houses a fantastic aerial bandstand!!!!
Impressed, you will be…….and the bar!
Coupled with this spectacular setting is an exciting mix of food presented by its award winning chef.

Relax and enjoy the expertly mixed cocktails and listen to the gallery music while you eat.

If mothers are not knocked out by this then the mouth watering delights from the menu will be something to boast about a long time after.

For lunch, enjoy a rich soup of, roasted celeriac, apple and thyme veloute, mini tin loaf, with pickle apple butter to accompany!

Order a Manhattan clam chowder with clams, smoked haddock, potato, carrot, onion, fish broth, tomato, with a mini tin loaf and tarragon butter.

If you’re not satisfied then, taste the NYL Burger, an 8oz patty, smoked streaky bacon, brioche bin, baby gem, beef tomato, onion rings, pickle, apple-wood smoked cheese with triple cooked chips topped with NYL relish.

These are fantastic creations but not at mental prices!!!

Yesterday, I dropped in after a meeting at the Town Hall and ordered 3 Little Piggies-
slow cooked crispy pork belly, stuffed pork fillet in streaky bacon, ham hock with pea terrine, sweet potato puree, apple gel, red candied baby apple and an additional apple sauce that was just heaven. My mate just sat for 25mins reading the menu, the choice was so intoxicating and all served up on a shovel!!!.

If you want to impress, then day or night NYL has food to impress.

The wines are exotic, coffee’s awakening, delicious breakfasts of banoffee waffles and pancakes; dinners of sea bream, duck, scallops and rich Italian ravioli, antipasti, seafood pasta and mouth watering salads of every description abound this extensive menu at this exquisite rendezvous.

Call 0151 294 4069 to book your table or join the Mothers Day jet set for a feast for a Queen and say thank you to the most important person in the world.

This day is extra special with 3 course menu featuring live entertainment from Victoria Sharpe, special kids menu and complimentary glasses of Prosecco. Ummmmmmh nice. Be quick!
